This saturday come out to Playland @43rd (francis scott key annex site) for the one year birthday! The address is: 1360 43rd Avenue, San Francisco, California 94122. Event will start at 11pm – 4pm.
The line up!
11am – Charity Kahn (of Charity and the JAMband). A rockin’, dancin’, soulful celebration of life…family style, delivered by a much loved neighborhood favorite.
12pm – Words of Welcome from District 4 Supervisor Katy Tang and Friends of Playland at 43rd Avenue. PLUS Presentation of Birthday Cake for all donated by Polly Ann Ice Cream!
1pm – Glenda Bates Music and OboeTronics. Check out this innovative, refreshing, electro-acoustic set.
2pm – San Francisco Shakespeare Festival. Festival artists will present a short scene from their upcoming Free Shakespeare in the Park production of Hamlet, followed by a participatory Playshop activity for kids.
3pm – The Hiwatters. Keeping the swing of classic surf music alive for all ages!
With DJ Dan spinning reggae tunes from his collection of old and rare singles from Jamaica.
